Peruvian Prosperity or Personal Power?

Peru seems to be on the verge of more troubles. It seems that previous Peruvian presidential canindate Ollanta Humala is gearing up for a protest of the current government claiming that it has not sufficently satisfied the populous of the nation. He is thinking at running again for president, perhaps in hopes of implementing his plans that may or may not help. His protest is planned to at least put pressure on the current government to dispurse more wealth for domestic use. As in the past this seems to be very familiar in a historical sense. I still ask is the protest really to help the people or a presedential bid, Populous Prosperity or Personal Power? ~R. Esquire
